Trunk or Treat

We went to our ward's trunk or treat and the kids had a blast.  Jaxson was a tiger, Tyson made the stripes on his shirt with duct tape.  Kiah was a giraffe, she didn't like her costume at first, but she forgot about it and became a happy giraffe :).

Jaxson protested the face paint, but he was pretty happy with the result

Growling like a tiger :)

Jaxson's Birthday

Jaxson turned 3!!!  Jaxson is smart, funny, kind, silly, and a sweetheart.  He loves reading books, riding his bike and doing ninja moves to fight bad guys.  He is the best 3 year old I know, and I'm proud to be his mom.  Jaxson loved celebrating his birthday and had to be reminded multiple times the next day that it was over :).

For his birthday breakfast we had pancakes and eggs, and of course chocolate milk :)

Waiting patiently to open presents so I can take a picture :)

Opening his cards from Grandma Zee and my family

Getting ready to go out in the rain to go to the Wildlife Museum with friends

We had a little party with his friends Dixie, Wendy, and Tristan and their siblings and mom's.  The kids had fun playing with balloons and eating birthday goodies.

We love our sweet 3 year old!!!

Fall Festival

We went to a fall festival at the 17 Mile House in Parker.  The best part was the petting zoo.  Both kids loved it, but Kiah was fearless :).

I think Kiah thought this little girl was an animal because she kept following her around trying to pet her :)

The lama was pretty cool, but Jaxson wasn't too sure.  He loved the pony because he was super chill and just his size :)

The kids loved checking out this big tractor

Jaxson was so brave and pet a snake

We had so much fun at the fall festival, and we had a great visit with Grandma Cook and Kenna!
