The Many Beaches of Mexico

During the week we were in Mexico, we went to many beaches-one of my favorite parts about the trip:).

At Chileno Bay we had fun in the waves

If an old man can do it, a pregnant lady can do it :)

We spent two days at Medano Beach where we...
Ate Cocos Frios (Not my fave...)

Were pretty much attacked by beach vendors trying to get us to buy their excursions

Rode a water taxi to lovers beach where we saw more of the Sea of Cortez, went snorkeling, and did more swimming

Besides being in the ocean, my favorite was the seals :)

More Mexico!

While exploring the town of San Jose Del Cabo we found a Bird Estuary.  Besides being hot and muggy, it was great!

One of the excursions we went on was a Pirate Ship.  It was a fun little cruise around the Sea of Cortez

One of the excursions my dad, Shea and Braden did was swimming with dolphins...the rest of us had fun watching...

At one of the pools we swam at, me and Shea did water aerobics, in Spanish!

One thing we all loved to do was go shopping!  We brought back many fun souvenirs.

Mexico!

For our family vacation with my side of the family, we went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a week.  We did many fun activities such as enjoy the culture, swim on different beaches every day, shop, etc.

At the SLC Airport ready for Mexico!
Our first night there we found a cute authentic Mexican restaurant-Las Guacamayas...So good!

Our second day in Mexico was Sunday, so we found the nearest LDS church building and attended Fast and Testimony Meeting in Espanol :).  Tyson and my dad were the only ones able to understand what was being said, but the spirit was definitely felt.

We stayed at the Coral Baja, a Worldmark Resort.  Here is the Condo and a little fun we had there :)

Baby Shower!

Tyson's mom held a baby shower for me at her home in Lake Point, UT.  It was so fun, and we are so blessed!  Our baby now has so many cute clothes and things to make him a happy little boy :).

Our mom's made our baby such beautiful quilts!  He will be so warm and snuggly :)

27 Weeks-just about to start month 7...3 more months baby!!!

Tyson's Birthday-Olympic Party!

Tyson turned 24 on July 27th!  This was his first birthday with his family in 4 years (he was on his mission for 2, than selling in Virginia for 2).  Since the Olympic Opening Ceremonies were on the same day, we had a party :)

Go USA!!!

Tyson's mom made a delicious all American meal

We had delicious Carrot Cake and of course Banana Cream Pie-Tyson's favorite :)

For our Olympic Games we played croquet...so fun!

Can you tell who won?  :)

Goodbye Rexburg!

Rexburg, ID has been our home since 2006 (minus 2 years for Tyson and 18 months for me for a mission for our church).  We have both had a lot of fun memories here, both before we met and since we have been together.  Here are a few of our favorite places and some pictures of the move.

The Rexburg Temple

The Craze-a cute little arcade with laser tag and mini-golf

Pizza Pie Cafe-formally known as Craigo's

And of course, BYU-I

Packing up our little apartment

Apartment 216 B has been a good home for the past 9 months :)

Off to Colorado!!!
