Valentine's Day

For Valentines day we dropped the kids off at our friends house and Tyson and I went for a hike up Look-out Mountain.  A few days before the holiday we went to a Valentine's party at a park with our playgroup.  We gave away crazy straws that said "Sip Sip hooray, it's Valentine's Day!" Jaxson has a "see it, eat it" mindset, so all of his candy was gone within an hour or so.  I also took lots of cute pictures of the kids in cute outfits, and with kissy marks all over them :). 

 

I love my little family and it was a great day to celebrate that!

Kiah's Eating

Kiah started eating last month and is getting better all the time.  I probably take too many pictures of her eating, but she is just too cute!

She loves to munch on green beans, although I'm not sure how much of it makes it down :).

So happy to be eating like a big girl in the high chair!

Kiah-7 Months

Kiah is 7 months old!  Here are some of the reasons we love our Kiah girl this month...

• She has started eating solid foods and has liked everything we give her (except broccoli).  Her favorites are banana and sweet potato.
• She is becoming more mobile and will roll all over the room if there isn't anything in her way.
• She blows raspberries and makes cute squeals all the time.
• She weighs 16 lbs

This is the first time we have taken Kiah's monthly picture while Jaxson was awake.  He wanted to be involved so bad!

We got a large box in the mail so Jaxson and I made a car.  It was a huge hit!  His favorite place to drive is to Grandma and Grandpa's house :).
