Swimming

We took Jaxson swimming for the first time today...he loved it!  Well, he kicked his legs a bunch because I think he thought he was in his bouncer, and he splashed a lot, so we think he loved it :).

Seven Months

Jaxson is seven months old!  We just can't believe how fast he is growing.  He is learning so many new things all the time.  Here are some of the reasons we love our baby this month...

• He loves to ride on Daddy's shoulders (and use his hair as handles :))
• He can sit up all by himself and loves to play with toys
• He eats baby food regularly, even the nasty smelling kind
• He gets on his hands and knees, but still prefers the scooting method to get around
• He keeps us on our toes as he already is looking for trouble 
• His smile and laugh are the highlights of any day

Mother's Day

We were at Tyson's parents house for Mother's Day and got to celebrate it with Tyson's mom!

 Last Mother's Day I was pregnant, but this year we have Jaxson!  I love being a mom and could never describe how much I love my baby.

Grandpa and Grandma Cook's

Tyson got an internship in Denver, so in between the end of the semester and the internship starting, we went to Utah for a week.  First we went to Grandpa and Grandma Cooks.  It was so fun to spend time with family, especially since Tom, Laura, and Kenna were able to come up for the weekend too!
