Utah-The Cooks

We went to Utah for Thanksgiving and were able to spend a little over a week there.  Here are pictures of time we spent with the Cook's.

We left for Utah pretty early.  It was hard to get Jaxson to wake up, so we tried giving him a frozen waffle, but he still had a hard time waking up :)

Poor guy got car sick on the way to Utah.  We're hoping it was teething and that he doesn't get car sick like his daddy.

November

I know November isn't over, but we leave for Utah tomorrow and I want to get the random pictures up because I will be doing Thanksgiving posts when we get back. 

We have since moved our trash can under the sink with child proof locks, but before then, Jaxson loved to climb in the recycling box to get stuff out of the trash.

We went to a really fun park and this was one of Jaxson's favorite things.  He could rock it and bounce it and he loved it (can't you tell by his expression? :))

This was Jaxson's other favorite thing at the park.  He loved to lounge in it and spin round and round

"Jaxson, where's your tounge?" 

I don't know what this expression is supposed to mean, but it makes me laugh :)

I was having Jaxson help me put frozen waffles in the toaster oven for breakfast, but he put one in his mouth and wouldn't let go.  He ate more than half of it frozen-must be teething :).

The Zoo

Friday was free day at the Denver Zoo.  It was pretty crowded, but we had a blast.  We went with the Bogles.  Maggie and Jaxson had so much fun looking at all the animals.  Jaxson's favorite animals were the monkeys, the porcupine and the fish :).

Trunk or Treat, Kayla's Birthday, and Playing in the Leaves

We love fall!  Here are some of the fun fall things we have been up to.

For Halloween, we went to our ward Trunk or Treat.  We dressed Jaxson up as a lion, but he wasn't too happy about that :). 

For my birthday we went to Country Buffet for dinner.  It was one of the best restaurant experiences we have had with Jaxson in awhile.  I think it helped that we didn't have to wait for food and he got to try a lot of different things :). 

Most of the leaves in our apartment complex have been mowed up, but we were able to find some to play in before they were all gone.
