The Rest of the Pictures from the Grandma Visit

We had so much fun while our mom's were here!  We took lots of pictures, played outside, went for a short hike, toured School of Mines campus, and just had a good time :).

Jaxson loves to play with the tennis ball.  He will throw it down and we catch it and give it back to him.

One of Jaxson's favorite places to be is on his daddy's shoulders.

 

We went on a hike up Lookout Mountain.  We took a pumpkin with us to take pictures :)

 

 If you look closely you can see that the pumpkin is in the air. Jaxson found out that if he threw the pumpkin, it would bounce...

 At the end of our hike, Jaxson decided to throw himself backwards and laugh hysterically, good thing he didn't throw himself off the mountain.

We made a fun Halloween project while the baby was sleeping :).

We went to an indoor play area, Jaxson loves the slide and steering wheel.

 

 

ONE

Tyson had a great idea to make the letters of the word "one" into signs and let Jaxson hold them while we took pictures.  Jaxson didn't really get it and tried to hand us the signs, then he got mad.  Despite all this, we ended up with some cute pictures and some funny pictures.

Temple Pictures

On our way home from Denver we stopped at the Temple.  We might start a tradition of taking a picture of our kids in front of the temple at every birthday, so we started with Jaxson now :).  It was a beautiful fall day at a beautiful place.

Jaxson LOVED the fountain.  He really wanted to go for a swim :). 

There was a cute little girl a little younger than Jaxson on the grass.  He was very distracted and wanted to go play :). 

One of my favorite shots we got.  I think we will frame it and put it in his room :).

Denver Birthday Party

We live really close to family here in Colorado.  There are a few other birthdays in October, so we all got together in Denver to celebrate.  The party included Brandon, Stirling and Ann, the Bush's, Grandma Zee, and us.  Jaxson ate real birthday cake and loved it!
